Responding to Active Shooters Tip

I had a unique opportunity to talk with some of the uninjured victims of the Aurora theater shooting. During our conversation I asked each of them if the diligence of pulling the fire alarm by the Century 16 Theater employee was helpful. All of them agreed it was in this situation as it allowed others to know there was trouble somewhere and they needed to get out. With that said, pulling a fire alarm may not always be the best solution in an active shooter situation, but appears to here.
